ATTRIBUTES OF COMPASSION

Matthew 5:22-26:

But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, ‘Raca!’ shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, ‘You fool!’ shall be in danger of hell fire. 23 Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. 25 Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. 26 Assuredly, I say to you, you will by no means get out of there till you have paid the last penny.

Matthew 7:12

12 Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.

Time is running short my friend….Yom Teruah – the day of AWAKENING is almost upon us.

Are you ready?

Have you made peace with your brother?

What are you waiting for? Go….time is short!

Pam, thank you so much for ‘Ancient Footsteps’. It brings peace each time I see it amongst my e-mails. I love the way it is printed, the colours used, the simplicity of it and I just regret the fact that maybe due to the huge number of incoming e-mails that land up on my laptop, I have not been spending the time that I should have been devoting to Elul day by day. Today’s Ancient Footsteps e-mail has been a solemn warning to me. So thank you.

P.S. I think I must already be on your mailing list, so I haven’t checked the ‘add me to your m. list’ box.

Oh Val, thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words! They really lift me up and urge me to continue going forward. I pray you are blessed each and every day and that your load is lightened so that you can enjoy this special season while the King is in the field 🙂
    Pam
