coconut-boostersAs an avid coconut lover…I found this on FB posted by a friend … and I’m about to make them up! Can’t wait to try them at Sukkot!!

Why not try these for a little extra boost during your day?

The coconut recipe is a great energizer because it’s full of healthy fats…not only can it aid in weight loss but it can hep to stimulate the metabolism too! Using just four ingredients that you’ll already have in a cupboard somewhere, you can whip up a batch of these in no time!

Coconut Boosters Recipe

Total Time: 65 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl .
  2. Spoon into candy molds and freeze for an hour.
