Sea Salt Bath

• 2 cups fine sea salt or Epsom salts
• 5 drops rosemary essential oil
• 4 drops eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus globulus for adults, or E. radiata for adults, adolescents and children)
• 2 drops lemon essential oil

While the bath is filling up with your favorite temp of warm water, add all ingredients in a small glass or mason jar. Slowly pour the sea salt blend into the water, swish it around and soak till your hearts content!

Soothing Massage Oil

• 1 ounce sunflower oil or jojoba oil
• 6 drops rosemary essential oil
• 4 drops peppermint essential oil
• 3 drops ginger essential oil
• 4 drops lemon essential oil

Mix ingredients in a small glass. Pour a bit into the palms of your hands and rub palms together. Then rub over your chest, back, and shoulders. Not only does this combination of essential oils soothe your soul, it will help open up the sinus’ if your congested or feel like a cold is coming upon you.

Steam Inhalation ~ Soothing & Beneficial

• 4 cups water
• 2 drops eucalyptus essential oil
• 1 drop rosemary essential oil
• 1 drop lemon essential oil

Add all essential oils to heated water in a large glass or steel bowl. Drape a towel over your head and slowly inhale over the bowl. Breathe deeply and enjoy the warm scents as they help clear up any sinus problems.


***** When using any essential oils, always do a ‘test’ spot on the inner side of your arm at least 24 hours prior to make sure no irritation occurs. Use precaution as once you become ‘sensitized’ many times you will remain sensitive to that particular essential oil
